- Information you give us. When you contact us through the form, by email or by phone, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, organisation, contact details, account reference number and the content of your message.
- Chat messages. The chat button on this website is provided by a third-party chat service. If you use Live Chat, the messages and details you share are processed by that service so that our team can reply, and it may store a cookie or similar data in your browser to keep your conversation going. If you choose WhatsApp, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our web server keeps standard logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running properly.
Apart from the chat service described above, this website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not build profiles of visitors.
